Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
After awarding quotes, "Complete Award" option is not available in Actions drop down list, RFQ page,

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
"Complete Award" option is available on RFQ Actions drop down list.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. After closing RFQ, execute "Award By Quote".
  2. "Complete Award" option is not available in Actions drop down list, RFQ page.
