Supplier Site Inactive Date Is Grayed Out And Unable To Remove (Doc ID 2788420.1)

Symptoms

Current Behaviour
The Supplier site has an Inactive date. It is grayed out and unable to remove the Inactive date (Field is not editable)

Expected Behaviour
Inactive date field will be editable and able to remove the inactive date.

Steps To Replicate
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.

  1. Navigation > Purchasing Superuser > Suppliers > Query the problematic supplier
  2. Go to Address Book
  3. Click Mange Site
  4. Inactive date is grayed out. It is unable to remove.
