Symptoms

On : 12.2.10 version, Service Authoring

When user is attempting to navigate to the Lines tab after querying the service contract from a custom responsibility the following error
is displayed :

ERROR

DEVELOPER ERROR: Cannot find menu item: special11


STEPS
--------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Service Contracts Custom Responsibility
2) Query the Contract and attempt to open the Lines tab
3) This note is displayed
