Mass Update Window on Sales Order Line Vanishing in Seconds (Doc ID 2788634.1)

On : 12.2.6 version, Trx Changes & Cancellations

When trying to perform mass change on all lines of a single order, mass update window on sales order line vanishing in seconds.

This works the very first time but second time onwards, it pops up and vanishes. Then the user has to repeat the steps to access the form.

Expect the window not to vanish.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management Super User responsibility.
2. In lines tab, Edit --> Select all. Tools --> Mass Change
3. Mass Change window pops up. Put Schedule Ship Date and check Override ATO checkbox. Click OK.
4. All lines should have SSD and Override ATP flag checked now.
5. In lines tab, Edit --> Select all. Tools --> Mass Change
6. Mass Change window pops up for a second and then goes away.
