Unable To Select Custom Service Order Statuses In Service Order Status Transitions (Doc ID 2788799.1)

On : 12.2.8 version, Depot Setup

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After creating custom service order statuses, it is not possible to select them in Service Order Status Transitions.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to be able to use the new statuses when defining status transitions for the service order.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create service order status in Service Order Status Definition form.
2. Go to Service Types form.
3. Select service type and click on Service Order Status Transitions.
4. Open Current status LOV and try select a value.
