Lease amendment is performed to add a new Payment term line which is checked for ROU asset and Liability, but not checked for 'Report From Inception'.

This action generates balances from the beginning of the lease.The ROU Asset and Liability amounts are generated wrongly.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Lease amendment should not generate balances from the beginning of the lease's life from 1975, since Payment term is added with start date : 01-jan-2021 and

Amendment Commencement Date is : 08-feb-2021

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. From Property Manager responsibility
2. Go to Leases and Documents menu - >Main Lease ->Enter Leases and Documents -> Find -> Select desired lease and perform and Amendment -> add a new Payment term checked for ROU asset and Liability, but not checked for 'Report From Inception'.
3. Go to View -> Requests -> run Lease Details Report and observe that the data shows from beginning of lease's life.
