Service Contracts Main Billing Program Not Processing Eligible Credit Transactions Unless it is Run Multiple Times (Doc ID 2789145.1)

Symptoms


Service Contracts main billing (SCMB) is not processing all contract terminations.

There is a delay in Termination credit generation.

It is getting generated only after the Service Contracts Main Billing program is ran for few times.

Issue has been verified for specific organizations. Example: Issue verified with Canada contracts and also for few other contracts except US contracts.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR: Expect Termination credits to be generated as soon as SCMB is executed.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Service Contracts Manager responsibility.
2. Query for a Contract and Terminate it.
3. Execute Service Contracts Main Billing Program.
4. Notice that credit data is getting generated only after running the program multiple times.
