Timecard Status Dashboard Organization - Issues with Drilldown within Hierarchy (Doc ID 2789301.1)

Problem Statement:

After selecting a Organization Hierarchy, trying to further drill-down and click on the Organization List of Values (LOV)
it does not render any values in the LOV, even-though there are values in the Hierarchy.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login into the application
2. Navigate to Manager Self Service
3. Use Timecard Status Dashboard - Organization
Pass Start Date: <dd-mmm-yyyy>
Organization Hierarchy: <pass the hierarchy name>
End Date: <dd-mmm-yyyy>
4. On the page, for the field Organization, click on it's LOV

On the LOV, pass a value you are aware of, and click on 'Go', there are no results
