OAS - Report Job History Screen No Longer Appears After Recent Chrome Update (Doc ID 2789363.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

OAS - Publisher report job history screen no longer appears after recent Chrome update

After Chrome update, we are now at Version 90.0.4430.93 (Official Build) (64-bit), the Report Job History screen does not appear from analytics. It is blank.
It does appear in IE and it does appear in Chrome from /xmlpserver instead of /analytics.
It appears in Chrome Version was  89.0.4389.114 (Official Build) (64-bit)

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Report Job History should display correctly in every browser

STEPS
-----------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Chrome gets updated
2. Tried to open the BI Scheduler job history from /analytics
3. Shows blank page
