Actual Behavior
After upgrade of EBS from 12.1.x to 12.2.x release, users are not able to enable Warehouse Management (WMS) rules. Old as well as new rules are remaining in disabled state even if they try to enable it from form.
Expected Behavior
The system should allow to enable or disable the rules as per business need.
Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to WMS rule.
Navigation : Warehouse Manager Responsibility -> Setup -> Warehouse Configuration -> Rules -> Warehouse Execution -> Rules
2. Query for any disabled rule
3. Enable check box and save
4. Close the form, open it again and query the record
5. Find that checkbox is still unchecked.
Changes
Issue is happening post upgrade of EBS application from 12.1.x to R12.2.x.
