Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Transaction Control

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

When progressing the order, the order remains in Awaiting Fulfillment

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When progressing the order, the order should arrive to closed status


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be seen with the following steps:
1 Enter and Book order
2.Ship the order
3. Query the order  and  see that the Shipped order lines remain in Awaiting Fulfillment



BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot close the order.
