Symptoms
On : 12.2.9 version, Visit Work Package
When attempting to update the Planned End Date ( a future date) on the Update Visit screen
the following error occurs.
ERROR

Schedule Dates (yyyy / mm / dd) are invalid.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Update Visit page
2. Update the Planned End date
