Symptoms

The following message is observed in the ICM Log

1139: Only one process allowed.

ICM Log can be located in the below ways

 or

System Administrator -> Concurrent -> Manager -> Administer -Processes -> Click button Internal Manager Log

This can be reproduced when target processes being set more than 1 for concurrent_queue_id = 1139

Changes

Recently increased the default logging level so more messages like this would be seen
