On : 12.2.9 version, Installation and Configuration
When attempting to upload an attachment in one of the EBS Modules, such as Internet Procurement,
the following error occurs. Shown in the oacore logs.
The anti-virus software could not be run on the attachment 2020-10-26 09:51:49 Test_Attachment.docx. Please disable virus scanning or contact your System Administrator for further assistance.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to EBS
2. Try to upload the attachments
The SymantecVirus.java file being blocked.
