Service History Information Showing The Incorrect Time When Changing Timezone In Preferences (Doc ID 2789938.1)

Symptoms

After users change their Timezone under Preferences from the default system time zone (e.g. Eastern) to their local timezone (e.g. Pacific), the time stamp on the History tab changes by 6 hours instead of 3 hours.

Steps
(R) Customer Support Specialist
(N) Agent Dashboard
GO to Preferences and Change the Time zone from Eastern to Pacific
Agent Dashboard
Open a Service Request

Click on the History tab

All history note time stamps changed by 6 Hours rather than 3.
