While trying to Search in Global Deployment Page the Timeout error " Failure of Web Server Bridge" is shown

When trying to enter search in Global Deployment Page, following error appears
Failure of Web Server bridge:
No backend server available for connection timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to "HRMS Manager" responsibility
2. Navigate to People -> Global Deployments
3. Click Create Proposal
4. Enter Search parameters (Effective Date, Source Business Group, Employee Number) and click Go
5. Observe that search take 5 to 10 minutes and the page ends in the above error
