Current Behavior
Internal Requisitions created from CTO via Reqimport has incorrect price

Expected Behavior
Internal Requisitions created from CTO via Reqimport has correct price (Item cost on the source organization)

What is working:
Internal Requisitions created manually have correct price.

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. Sale order Created from CTO Application
2. Sale order is booked and progressed
3. Internal requisition created via "Requisition Import"  has incorrect price.
