Symptoms
When Instances are on Different Servers, after exporting from Source Instance, receive Error 95469 when running Validate Application Accounting Definitions (AAD) on the Target Instance
Steps to reproduce:
- using custom responsibility
- export AAD from source instance to target instance
- Run Import AAD on target instance, receive error

(A) Validate before export, source instance is valid:
Application Application Accounting Definition Owner Event Class Status

(B) Run validate on the target instance for:
Application = FAH - Finance Subledger
AAD = XXXX
