Quality Workbench Errors Out While Accessing Collection Plans With More Than 100K records (Doc ID 2790692.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.10 version, SUPPORT

When attempting to Update Collections Plan Using Workbenh, the following error occurs.


ERROR
-----------------------

Failure of Web Server bridge:
No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Responsibility = Quality (QA)
2. Navigation = Workbench-> Collection Plans
3. Chose Org / Plan
4. Click on Plan
5. It spins for few minutes
6. Encounter the error message
