Symptoms

On WIP  - Oracle Work in Process, 12.2.9 version, Outside Processing for Repetitive Schedules

When attempting to run WIP Move Transaction Worker the following error occurs for Repetitive Schedules with OSP. (Outside Processing)

wip_movProc_priv.schedule_alloc

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Perform OSP receiving against repetitive schedules.

Check the pending move transactions and the log of the WIP Move Transactions Worker concurrent program.
