PNSCHITM: Schedules and Items Program Returns Message "Lease Is Not Eligible To Generate Stream" (Doc ID 2790986.1)

When attempting to run Schedules and Items for a new lease, the following error occurs:

'Lease is not eligible to generate stream'

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Under a Property Manager responsibility, navigate to Leases and Documents > Main Lease > Enter Leases and Documents
2. Create a new lease and finalize.
3. Schedules and Items is kicked off, but the log shows that 'Normalization Cash', 'Account Expense', Adjustment' and Accrued Liability' columns are all shown zero amount, and further down a message is included that states: 'Lease is not eligible to generate stream'.
