Symptoms

When attempting to upload a journal with a reversal period/date the following error message is received.
If the reversal period/date column is left blank then data is uploaded successfully.
 
ERROR

Unable to obtain Reversal Date information.. java.lang.ClassCastException: java.lang.String cannot be cast to java.sql.Timestamp

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. (N) Desktop Integration Responsibility > Create Document
2. Select integrator = General Ledger - Journals and layout = Functional Actuals - Single
3. Once the template is created, enter data journal data including the reversal period/date.
4. Click Upload. Error occurs in the processing window.

Due to this issue, users cannot upload journals that contain a reversal period/date.
