ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Ran "Assets Command Center Data Load" for incremental load. The program completed normal but took almost ~22 hours to complete.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect completion in under 15min.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Where Gather Schema Stats is up to-date
1. Login to Oracle Assets Responsibility
2. Under MENU: Other>Requests>Run
3. Select SINGLE request
4. Enter Name = Asset Command Center Data Load
5. Enter Parameter for Load Type = Incremental Jobs takes 20+hrs to complete
