On : 12.2.6 version, Requisition

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:
Mass Update of Sourcing Documents returns multiple records for the Old Person Field, duplicate Person Records for Mass Update of Sourcing Documents due to this the below error occurred.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
Mass update of Sourcing Document should not return duplicate records for Old Person Field.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Purchasing Super user responsibility
2. Submit a new Request "Mass Update of Sourcing Documents"
3. Check the Old Person LOV its duplicating the users
4. Users cannot update the old person to new person as this is confusing.
