APP-AR-15580: Events Are Locked For Receipt Error When Applying a Receipt to an Invoice (Doc ID 2791247.1)

Symptoms


When attempting to apply a specific receipt to an invoice
the following error occurs.

APP-AR-15580: Events are locked for receipt


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Responsibility: Receivables

Navigation: Receipts > Receipts

1. Query a receipt to apply
2. Attempt to apply the receipt to an invoice using the LOV
3. Error message is shown and unable to apply the receipt to the invoice.

 

Changes

 The instance was upgraded from 12.2.9 to 12.2.10.

NOTE: This issue is not occurring for all receipts or transactions so it's not clear if anything was related to the upgrade.
