Current Behavior
Purchase orders summary form is not returning expected records, when searching with paper requisition and item

Expected Behavior
Purchase orders summary form will return expected records, when searching with paper requisition and item

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1)Create Purchase Order and enter Paper Requisition Number in Distributions of Purchase Order.
2)Open Purchase Order Summary form.
3)Select Operating Unit,Item and the Paper Requisition Number as search criteria, in Find Purchase Order window.
4)Purchase Orders shown are not filtered as per Paper Requisition number. All the Purchase Orders related to the Item and Operating Unit are shown.
