BOMFDORS: Cannot Change the Outside Processing or Costed Fields for an Existing Resource - "FRM-40200 Field is protected against update" (Doc ID 279142.1)

Symptoms

An existing costed resource is queried in the Resources Define form (BOMFDORS.fmb).
An attempt is made to change the resource to an outside processing resource by checking the 'Outside Processing' checkbox.
The form will not allow the field to be checked and the following error is displayed:
