Symptoms
On : 12.2.4 version,
When attempting to save results in a collection plan
the following error occurs.

APP-FND-01934: ORA 200002, 6012 ORA 29471
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Oracle Quality >Results Update Quality Screen
2. Query for an item and lot and select E-signature.
3. Enter the submit date and click on save. Exit the form to return to main form.
4. Click on save and error is received.
