Symptoms

Upon reverse terminating an ex-employee, the New Hire life event and the Termination life event are detected as of the original hire date.

In this scenario, the original hire date is 01-JAN-2018. The termination is reversed on 01-JUL-2018; however, the New Hire life event and Termination life event are detected 01-JAN-2018.
