Symptoms

Attempting to perform an Account Inquiry or a Journal Drilldown results in the following error:

ERROR

Sorry, no valid available responsibilities available.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (N) Custom Responsibility > General Ledger > Account Inquiry
2. Attempt to enter account range and a pop-up windows occurs with error message.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access account inquiry or journal drilldown for data review.
