Warning Message Will Not Go Away: "The Program Structure has changed. Please run the process PRC: Update Project Performance Data to apply the structure changes to plan and actual information." Even Though This Process Has Been Run (Doc ID 2791538.1)

Symptoms

User continuously receives an informational message to run PRC: Update Project Performance Data for a specific project, even after they have run the process.

Warning Message:

"The Program Structure has changed. Please run the process PRC: Update Project Performance Data to apply the structure changes to plan and actual information."

Reproduce By Steps:

Navigate to Projects either in SSWA with Projects SSWA Responsibility or in Form with a Projects Forms Responsibility.

Click on Update Tasks in SSWA or click on the task on the form (which opens SSWA).

Receive Warning Message:

"The Program Structure has changed. Please run the process PRC: Update Project Performance Data to apply the structure changes to plan and actual information."

This message occurs even after PRC: Update Project Performance Data is run.  There is no error and user can keep updating tasks.  But the Warning will not go away.
