NLS Issue of Results Table Configuration in Custom ECC Application (Doc ID 2791553.1)

On : 12.2.8 version, Installation

NLS issue in an ECC custom responsibility (this is a custom Payable responsibility), Results Table of ECC does not return any record when you select Attribute and Operator and input its Value in Results Table Configuration.

1. Select custom responsibility and redirected to ECC console.
2. Select Supplier Balance
3. Select Attribute and Operator and input its Value in Results Table
   EX) "Description"="General Loan" ("適用"="一般借入" in Japanese)

However in ECC Developer responsibility (this is a seeded one) has no problem in searching and sorting data by NLS characters. As expected you can narrow down the search results using the same search condition.
