Collection Process Is Not Loading Transactions When Using A Custom Transaction Source (Doc ID 279184.1)

Symptoms

The collection process is not loading transactions when using a new custom transaction source, but completes successfully with no errors.

This can be reproduced with the following steps:

(R) Incentive Compensation Super User
(N) Transaction > Collect > Apply > View Log

Information generated in the log shows the following:

collect>>
Inserting new transactions into CN_NOT_TRX.
collect: start collection process.
collect: entering cursor Batches loop.
collect<<
