Replication Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Purchasing repsonsibility > Requests > Submit New Request
2. Choose PO ECC Strategic Sourcing Data Load
3. Choose Full Load
4. Submit
5. Click View Log when finished the run.
