On : 12.2.9 version, Demand Processor Related Issue

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Need a datafix for RLM scheduled that are partially processed and lines
need to be deleted.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to deleted the scheduled line

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Responsibility: Release Management
2. Run > Demand Processor (DSP)
3. RLM > Workbench shows "Schedules with Error"

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot deleeted the lines from schedule.
