Symptoms

Find that the Name and Description values are reversed on the Service Availability form based on the setting of the profile option "OKS: Item Display Preference".


Expect the Name and Description values to be shown in the correct columns on the Service Availability form based on the profile option "OKS: Item Display Preference".

Steps
1. Using a Service Contracts Manager responsibility.
2. Open the Service Availability form.
3. Select the Product tab.
4. Query up a Service Item.
5. Note the Name and Description values are the reverse of what they should be based on the profile option "OKS: Item Display Preference".
