Symptoms

There are no delivery details in Ready to release status appearing in the Shipping Transaction Form.

Order output shows the shippable line workflow is in error with the following:

1. OM Super User Responsibility
2. Enter and book an order.
3. Shipping > Transactions > Query Order
4. No delivery details are seen.
