Symptoms
When recruiter is trying to view the offer letter from offers workbench using Internet Explorer, Following error is thrown

Navigation to the webpage was cancelled
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to application with "Irecruitment Recruiter" responsibility using Internet Explorer
2. Navigate to "Offers Workbench"
3. Search with Vacancy or Applicant
4. Click on "Offer Letter "
5. Error message is displayed.
