When Rescheduling Orders Via The Backlog Workbench Process Message Form Does Not Show Specific Messages From Request ID: NNNNNNN (Doc ID 2792422.1)

When attempting to rescheduling orders via the backlog workbench
the following error occurs.

Some Sales Orders could not be updated. Please find the details in
Order Management Messages. (REQUEST_ID = NNNNNN)
When looking at the Req ID, there is no records retrieved

1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User
2. User Navigate to Scheduling => Order Backlog Workbench
3. Choose the Option "Create/Edit"
4. Select Sequence Rule > Excluded picked lines enabled
6. Once selected check "Update Sales orders Immediately" then click "Schedule"
7. Observe: Fails with the following above error message

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot determine why orders are failing to schedule.
