Data Points Displaying as NULL when User's Number Format Preference Used is not Standard US Format (Doc ID 2792488.1)

On : 12.2.8 version, General Issues

When a user selects a Number Format different than the standard US version (10,000.00)
EG: In Sweden, many users select 10.000,00
Additional data points that are of Number Type are not being displayed in the Case Folder.

Below error displays.

Invalid number. Please enter a different number.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Change the number format to 10¿000.00
2. Query the Case folder
3. Add Recommendation Assign Overall Credit Limit
4. Click Apply
5. Below error displays:
  "Invalid number. Please enter a different number "

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot change the number format.
