Symptoms

On : 12.2.7 version, Affordable Care Act

BEN_ACA_XML_PROCESS invalid after 19c upgrade.


Error
SQL> show errors package body apps.BEN_ACA_XML_PROCESS;
Errors for PACKAGE BODY APPS.BEN_ACA_XML_PROCESS:

Line/Col Error
32/13 PLS-00323: subprogram or cursor 'PROCESS' is declared in a
  package specification and must be defined in the package body

48/13 PLS-00323: subprogram or cursor 'DO_MULTITHREAD' is declared in
  a package specification and must be defined in the package body


Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade database to 19c
2. Check invalids list
  - Find PACKAGE BODY APPS.BEN_ACA_XML_PROCESS on the invalids list

 

Customer does not use EBS Benefits - and was told the package could be ignored.

But customer would like a clean system and for this package to be valid so it doesn't show on reports.
