Symptoms
On : 12.2.9 version, Charges UI, APIs, and schema
When attempting to book the charge lines from Service request Charges tab,
the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
"There are no charges eligible for submission to oracle order management for this service request"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to (R) Service > Service Requests > Create Service Requests
2. Create the SR
3. Click on charges tab.
4. Enter the charge line details
5. Click on Submit.
