On : 12.2.3 version, Lease Authoring
In Lease and Finance Management, the user is unable to perform frequency change rebook on contract with different line start dates
ERROR
-----------------------
You can only modify payment frequency, structure or arrears option when the rebook effective date is equal to the contract line start date for <Asset#>
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Lease Super User > create contract where assets have different start dates
2. Create a revision with contract start date as revision date.
3. Change payment frequency for all the lines> Activation fails with error
