Symptoms
Upgrading from 12.1.3 to 12.2.10 and while uploading WebAdi templates users are getting "bne:encoding = UTF-8" error.
Steps to recreate this issue:
1) Login to a General Ledger responsibility.
2) Navigate to Journals -> Launch Journal Wizard
3) Create the Journal template, populate it with data.
4) Submit the upload, the error is seen.
bne:encoding = UTF-8, this displays in a browser window that appears to be searching on this error.
Changes
Upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.10.
