Symptoms

The concurrent job PRC: Process Project Financial Data (PJI_FM_HELPER_1) fails with the error message: ORA-01722: invalid number

When PRC: Update Project and Resource Base Summaries is submitted through the concurrent manager it will launch PRC: Process Project Financial Data as a child job.

PRC: Process Project Financial Data fails with the error and will cause PRC: Update Project and Resource Base Summaries to complete in error with the generic error message:
ORA-20000: The summarization process failed. Please contact your system administrator.
