On : 12.1.2 version, US Payroll - General

When attempting to process a quick pay or payroll on a terminated employee the following error occurs.

ERROR

Error was encountered when processing Element Type US_TAX_VERTEX2
Error was encountered when processing formula US_TAX_VERTEX2
An error occurred during formula execution:
Too many rows returned for GET_WORK_JURISDICTIONS at line 1084 of US_TAX_VERTEX2
Cause: The application dictionary has not been set up correctly. One of the SQL statements that it conta

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Employee terminated
  2. Submit payroll or quick pay for terminated employee
  3. Observe error


Changes

 Employee terminated and home address changed
