Symptoms

An error is received when entering enrollment:
APP-PAY-07207: The mandatory argument p_acty_ref_perd_cd value cannot not null.
Cause: The mandatory argument p_acty_ref_perd_cd has either not been specified or has been explicitly set to null in the API ben_distribute_rates.get_periods_between.

Action: Either specify a value for the p_acty_ref_perd_cd argument which is not null or contact your local support representative.

This error may occur when entering enrollment on one of the enrollment forms:
-Flex Program
-Non-flex Program
-Savings Plan
-Miscellaneous Plan

Navigation to these forms: People > Total Comp Enrollment > Benefits Enrollment

The error may also occur in Self Service Benefits (SSBEN) when processing a life event.
