R12: AP: The Accounting Program Cannot Create Journal Line Because The Debit Or Credit That Offsets Missed (Doc ID 2793890.1)

The Create Accounting program fails to account invoices and shows the following error in the Subledger Accounting Program Report:

0: The accounting program cannot create this journal line because the debit or credit that offsets it cannot be found.

There are two entries for the same item expense amount.

A custom Subledger Accounting Method (SLAM) was defined to create the accounting lines.
