On : 12.2.10 version, Financial Statement Generator
After upgrade to 12.2.10 from 12.1.3, the Program - Publish FSG Report cannot generate report and completing with Warning.
ERROR

Column values not output.
RGRPRT completed with errors.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to GL
2. View/Submit a new request
3. Run the program publish FSG report and completed with warning.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot able to generate the FSG report.
