Symptoms

Not able to drop LPNs in Production due to error on mobile screen. (Error appears on line of mobile screen.)

ERROR
|Pick drop failed|Error in Txn Manager|Ownership transfer error|Account Generator Failed (SuppName=xxxxx) (SiteCode=xxxxxx)

STEPS
1. Navigate to Mobile / Warehouse responsibility -> Pick -> Drop
2. Enter all the required details
3. Perform Drop
4. The mentioned error will appear
